Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to finish my website? Usually a simple, brochure style website takes about 1-2 weeks to complete. A more complex project can take up to 4-5 weeks to accomplish. As all websites are unique and different, we always give you an exact deadline for your project before the agreement is made.
How are our payments taken?
Once the agreement is made, we ask for 50% deposit. The balance is payable on completion of the project.
What happens after I request a quote?
We contact you as soon as possible, to discuss the details about the project and to give you a quotation. We are happy to meet you in person, talk to you on the phone, or send you an e-mail to find out your exact requirement.
I don't live in London, can I use your services?
Yes, by using the internet and the phone, we can offer our services to everyone irrespectively of the geographic location.
Will I own the finished product?
Yes, we only keep the right to present screenshots of your website in our portfolio, and to place a link on your website pointing to our website.
